  4. Immunizations or Declination.
  5. Must sign an Enrollment Packet, which includes state-required forms: Enrollment Agreement, CSC-005, CSC-010, Declination, and Tour Form.

State Compliance Callout: Per TWC rules (§807.172), we advertise only under “instruction,” “education,” or “training” classifications—never “help wanted” or “employment.” We avoid terms like “accredited,” “guaranteed,” “supervised,” “endorsed,” “recommended,” or “free” without written Commission approval. No implications of job availability beyond “placement assistance,” if offered. TWC Grievance Policy is posted on our website, catalog, and in-school (taped to supply cabinets).
